We work off minimum spends and can also work with room hire only, depending on the nature of your event and what you prefer. With minimum spends, you can get the most out of your money as they are inclusive of all food, drink & VAT. We can accommodate all kinds of budgets, and if you are working with a strict budget, we’ll do our very best to match this where we can. In some spaces, our spends start from just £500+ on off peak dates. If you are not looking to be based on a min spend, we can offer room hire only. This works well for those of you who are looking for the space only, and no food or drink. This option is ideal for fitness & wellness activity space, filming, simple break out spaces, fashion and photo shoots, dry hire requests or those looking to bring external catering.
